This week was a LONG week...all classes met in the flesh. But...a GREAT week none the less. My virus is basically gone...just a few coughing fits...and I am now sleeping through the night (as of Thursday). Wahoo!
Elementary Music (2 hours). Completed Recorder Final and turned in the Final integrated lessons. Took less than 5 minutes.
Advanced Instructional Technology (3 hours). Discussed Augmented Reality, Gesture-based learning, and looked at leap motion in action.
Homework: Finish Final Project & Choose which project is my favorite to present to the class
Math for Elementary Ed & Middle School Teachers I (3 hours). Exam 4 completed...did well and finished quickly. Did my performance assessment and turned in the paperwork. Just the final is left.
Homework left: Review for Final (cumulative)and create notecard for exam...I hope I do have enough space on that 3" X 5"...LOL!!
Field & Lab Biology (3 hours). Discussed what will be on our final exam (Exam 4--non-cumulative). Tonight we discussed and discovered (love hands-on) the circulatory system, and bacteria, viruses, antibodies and antibiotics. Briefly touched on the digestive system and
Homework: Study for Exam 4.
Elementary Art (2 hours). Last class meeting. Met and had a potluck as we (all the students in class) presented our philosophies of art education. Great fun! All of the PowerPoints were different...hallelujah...creativity and individuality are just two of the benefits of art.
So my focus is on getting my final project done for technology (probably work on and finish Monday...I have the entire day off) and study for the Finals for math and biology.
Much Love,
Mama Mindy
